My name is Linzi, and I am a qualified and fully insured Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Massage Therapist, and Crystal therapist.
I am passionate about alternative approaches to healing and dedicated to helping clients manage pain and improve their overall wellbeing. My journey began when I was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) after an injury in 2012. Rather than rely solely on medication, I turned to holistic methods to manage my pain and saw significant benefits. This experience inspired me to become fully qualified in a range of holistic therapies and share my knowledge with others.
I hold numerous qualifications, including an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Advanced Reflexology for Female Conditions, Digestive Health, Fertility, Pregnancy, and Babies, and a Practitioner’s Diploma in Crystal Healing and Chakra balancing, to name a few. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), the foremost aspirational and independent professional association for reflexology in the UK. I adhere to strict professional and ethical guidelines and am committed to continually developing my skills and knowledge.
At the Holistic Hut, I offer a range of therapies, including Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Massage, and Crystal Healing. Each of these therapies has unique benefits and can help with specific conditions. I believe in a holistic approach to healing, which means treating the whole person, rather than just the symptoms.
